  • Write the RAN clearly on the package.
  • For your peace of mind, we recommend returning the item using a trackable shipping service. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your return shipment.


4. Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.


5. Refund or Exchange:

  • Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
